Welcome. Bienvenido. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking psychologist with over 15 years of experience treating adults, youth, and families. I have worked in college counseling centers, children's crisis clinics, and community mental health clinics helping clients from various ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds. I have worked with a range of populations, from people facing extreme emotional crises, to college students adjusting to life away from home, and engineers and techies experiencing burn out and fatigue.

My goal is to collaborate with you and create an environment that feels comfortable, accepting, and affirming of your lived experience. I provide evidence-based approaches that produce results and meaningful growth through corrective experiences.  I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and the ability to heal through connection and empathy.
