Whether you're new to therapy, or have seen therapists before but not quite satisfied with the care you've received, I thank you for visiting and considering therapy. With over 15 years of experience working in settings such as college counseling centers, Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, and providing clinical supervision, I know what works, what doesn't, and how to help. I am committed to providing the best possible care for every person by creating a space that is comfortable, safe, and non-intimidating. Don't believe what you've seen on tv or movies about therapists; rest assured that when you meet me, I will be genuine and real. Therapy doesn't have to be scary or strange. My approach is one of collaboration and exploration with empathy, compassion, and curiosity.
